Electronic Assembler - Hollister, CA:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! This role involves assembling electronic components, working from schematics and work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic assembly, PCB assembly, and soldering of components
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and precision instruments
• Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing best practices

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of electronic assembly experience
• Hands-on soldering experience, including PCB and fine-pitch components
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a PPE-required environment
