Warehouse WorkerAs a Warehouse Worker, you will coordinate shipping and receiving functions at our facility. You will manage dock organization and shipping supplies, handle issues in shipping or inventory handling, and retain and scan documentation. Additionally, you will send communications to employees, schedule pick-ups with vendors, and monitor shipments in transit. Proficiency in data entry using Excel is required.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shipping and receiving functions at the facility for both outbound and inbound calls.Manage dock organization and shipping supplies efficiently.Handle and resolve issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.Retain and scan documentation, ensuring accurate communication with employees.Schedule pick-ups with vendors and monitor shipments in transit.Perform data entry with precision using Excel.Essential SkillsProficiency in warehouse operations, cycle counts, and data entry.Experience with inventory control and assisting various teams.Ability to cross-function across departments such as Inventory and ERP systems.3-5 years of logistics and/or warehouse experience.Expertise in high-volume inventory management.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Additional Skills & QualificationsEffective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.Experience with ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).Must have experience in cycle counts.Why Work Here?Join a fast-growing drone manufacturer specializing in the medical field, offering flexible working hours once established in the role.
