Purpose & Summary This position receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse to our restaurants and other corporate locations. Will also assist with deliveries of items to our restaurants with the company truck.Duties & Responsibilities Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders for our restaurants and other corporate locationsMove materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areasSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product codePrepare orders for delivery to the restaurants on a daily basisEnsure warehouse is accessible and safe for customers and internal employees of BPGMark materials with identifying information using appropriate methodAssist in counting of physical inventoryWeigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standardsMay be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed along with driver responsibilitiesOrganize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all timesWear the proper safety equipmentMaintain personal health and sanitation standardsMust be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelinesEnsure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conductMinimum Qualifications Must be over 25 years of age at time of hire.Must have valid driver's license.Must not have any DUI/DWI violations within last 3 years.1 year of warehouse experience preferred.Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.Able to multitask and work in a team environment.High School diploma preferred.All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.All candidates are subject to quarterly MVR checks (negative results may affect employment).Physical Demands Ability to continuously stand or walk.Ability to bend and lift frequently.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.Work Environment Work will be conducted in a warehouse environment.May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, grab, or lift.Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.Benefits 401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurance*Life insurance*Paid sick timePaid time off*Dental insurancePay: $19.50 / hourJob Type fulltime, parttimeSchedule Weekend availabilityMonday to FridayHolidaysDay shiftNight shiftEducation No education requiredWork location On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
