This is an entry level Material Processor team member who should be able to follow work instructions from supervisors and fellow team members, and understand drawings and work instructions as defined within the job description.Responsibilities Obtain and maintain crane and forklift certifications to maneuver parts within the shop (training provided at Hayward Tyler).Read and understand drawings and work instructions.Perform material movements within Epicor.Create and manage Bills of Lading and ship orders using UPS, FedEx and LTL trucking websites.Receive and record materials within Epicor.Use all equipment and work areas safely, wearing required personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety eyeglasses.Clean equipment and work areas, organize tools, and perform a cleanup during the last 15 minutes of each day.Maintain, lubricate, and care for machines, equipment, tools, and fixtures.Notify supervisor when expendable tooling needs replacement.Assist in training new employees assigned to the area.Support continuous improvement efforts through structured problem‑solving and LEAN activities.Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications High school education or equivalent; technical training preferred.0–3 years of related work experience or higher education.Ability to lift 35 lbs from floor to bench.Ability to read blueprints and use machine‑shop measuring tools (a plus).Positive attitude.Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.Previous machining experience a plus.This position starts at $20/hr and increases depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
