Ebco Industries Limited is a leading manufacturing facility located in Richmond, B.C., Canada.Summary As an Industrial Millwright, your role is critical to the reputation that Ebco has built for delivering world‑class quality manufacturing, and repair & rebuild services to projects based domestically and worldwide. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on all machinery in the plant.What You'll Do Work on and assemble large machinery and various other equipment.Troubleshoot difficult repairs and installations to ensure timely repair or set up of machinery and equipment.Carry out machine gear box overhauls.Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.Perform standard maintenance on large overhead cranes.Have experience with diesel, engine and propane‑powered forklifts.What You'll Bring 3‑5 years of experience as a ticketed Millwright.Experience working on and assembling large machinery and equipment.Red‑Seal endorsement desired or willingness to challenge for the Red‑Seal endorsement.Technical Experience Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot difficult repairs, irregularities and malfunctions.Knowledge of machine gear boxes and repairs, as well as a variety of machining and fabrication equipment.Perform standard maintenance on large overhead cranes.Knowledge of diesel, engine and propane‑powered forklifts is essential.Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing and speaking).Special Requirements Physically demanding position requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs.Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts in a moderately noisy environment.Quick‑paced environment with priorities that often change to meet current problems.Working at heights required.Overtime and some weekend work required.Location Richmond (In‑Person)Salary $45.06 - $46.21 / hour; competitive wages and comprehensive benefits as per Ebco and Ironworker's Local 712 Collective Agreement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
