If you have strong verbal skills, can remain calm under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this position may be a great fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch field personnel across multiple sites using radio and digital communication toolsReceive and assess incoming calls and alerts; prioritize response to incidentsTrack guard locations and status using GPS and scheduling toolsDocument incidents, officer updates, and daily activities accuratelyConduct wellness and status checks on guards throughout the shiftSupport leadership with real-time site updates and communicationsRequired QualificationsValid BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)CPR/AED Certification (Preferred)1–2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, EMS, or dispatchStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in high-pressure situationsFamiliarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., CAD, Deputy)Education and BackgroundHigh school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)Associate's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Communications, or related field (PREFERRED)Prior security, EMS, or public safety dispatch experience strongly preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods using radio, phone, and computer systemsMust remain alert and responsive throughout shiftWhat We OfferWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision benefitsFlexible schedulesAdvancement opportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity workplaceApplication ProcessAll candidates must pass a criminal background check.
