Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.The Community You WillJoin Client is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Content Specialist, on a contract basis, to join the Media Ops team within the Scaled Ops Department. This specialized team encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including copywriting and merchandising, dedicated to onboarding hotel partners with quality and efficiency.The Difference You Will MakeThe Content Specialist will work closely with the Content Ops Lead and the wider Media Ops team to build and quality-check content for hotel property pages. Partner connectivity varies from hotel group to hotel group. You'll adapt to each partner's setup, develop deep working knowledge of their requirements, and help the team anticipate needs rather than react to them. This role is essential to scaling Hotels content without sacrificing the quality bar set by Media Ops.The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, and motivated to learn quickly across a rotating set of partner setups. A collaborative attitude, adaptability, and comfort with AI-assisted tools are essential qualities.ResponsibilitiesAdapt workflow to each partner's connectivity setup—operating as a quality checker where content integrations exist, and executing full builds where they don'tBuild working knowledge of each partner's setup to anticipate requirements ahead of timeSurface recurring blockers, content gaps, and partner-specific quirks back to the Content Ops Lead on a regular basisManage multiple property builds simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailBuild out room-level content for hotel property pages, following the structure and quality standards established by the Media Ops teamUse AI prompts to draft, refine, and iterate on room descriptions and supporting copy, with human review for accuracy and toneTag and organize photography at the property and room levelFoster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity*EST preferredSkills: Requirements & Skills2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a related fieldStrong written English with a solid grasp of grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuationComfort with AI-assisted writing tools and a willingness to learn prompting techniques to draft and refine copyHighly organized; able to manage structured workflows and juggle multiple projects against deadlinesDetail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in copy and imageryBasic comfort with photo organization and taggingProficient in Google Suite applications; experience with Airtable, Salesforce, or other content management tools is a plusHospitality, travel, or e-commerce experience preferred but not requiredPositive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating welcoming experiences for a global audienceBenefits80 hours paid time off, medical insurance contributions, dental vision and our 401k retirement savings plan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
