Project ManagerFull-TimeIrvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San FranciscoSalary: $100,000 - $120,000 AnnuallyLocation: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San FranciscoType: Full-TimeDepartment: ArchitectureRole OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee all architectural aspects of project development, from design development through construction documents. This role manages project teams, coordinates with consultants and clients, and ensures delivery of complete documentation on schedule and budget. Project Managers will typically lead 1-2 projects simultaneously while mentoring junior staff.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Project ManagementLead, direct, and coordinate team members and consultants across project phasesManage and mentor junior staff; make authoritative decisions impacting project directionCoordinate workload through design development and construction document phasesTrack project schedules, design fees, budgets, and reimbursable costsClient & Stakeholder RelationsEstablish and facilitate client and internal meetings throughout each projectInterface with clients and manage relationships to ensure satisfactionParticipate in reviews with governing agencies for code complianceContribute to proposals, RFPs, charrettes, and business development activitiesDocumentation & TechnicalPrepare and review construction documents for accuracy across all disciplinesWrite and edit architectural specifications; coordinate legal parameters with ownersApply working knowledge of MEP systems and codes (IBC, ADA, CBC Title 24, BOMA)Manage construction administration including RFIs, change orders, and submittalsQualificationsRequiredDegree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in a professional architecture officeMulti-family and mixed-use architecture experienceAdvanced proficiency in Revit, CAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsPreferredLicensed Architect in CaliforniaMultifamily residential project experienceExperience managing project teams and mentoring junior staffWhat This Role OffersFull ownership of project delivery from design through constructionDirect client relationships and business development involvementLeadership role with team management and mentorship responsibilitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerMVE + Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
