About the RoleAs Talent & Office Operations Coordinator you will play a central role in shaping both the people and the environment that power Radical Numerics. You will sit at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and culture—ensuring we attract exceptional talent while building a high-functioning, detail-oriented workplace.This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will manage the candidate experience end-to-end while also building and maintaining a physical environment that enables deep, focused work.We are a small, in-person team with offices in San Francisco and Tokyo. You will help drive office buildout—making decisions on layout, furniture, and systems in real time, often operating with speed over perfection.
