Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple phases
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement for high-value projects
• Lead and mentor project teams, engineers, and superintendents
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align objectives
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards
• Provide executive‑level reporting and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Education & Skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven track record managing multi-million euro/dollar projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.)

Salary

• Up to $240k base
